"I competed recently at the UKBFF south coast show as a junior. This was my show and as you can imagine I was extremely nervous about all the aspects, diet, posing, tan, COMPETITION etc. I then picked up a leaflet for "Show Tan" at Forest Gym. I contacted Karen and in no time was booked in for a professional tan. It felt like a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders and it enabled me to focus on getting my physique right. The day ran very smoothly and never felt rushed as Karen and her assistant "Vickie" were extremely organised and efficient yet friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting a professional looking tan because as you can see from the photos it looks fantastic. A 10/10 for me, in fact I am rebooking for my forthcoming show :)

Karen and Vicky were extremely organised and professional. Karen was set up early 3 hours prior to the weigh and provided flexibility for all athletes to come back for re application after the weigh in and sign in if needed.      The Jan Tana product was fantastic in providing an even and appealing tan Vicky and Karen were also on hand and very flexible to the moving schedule to oil you down prior to pump up. Both ladies provided a warm welcome and were incredibly flexible in timing towards the athletes needs. It also provides cost effective competition preparation as im sure you would be find it nearly impossible to buy, apply, and re-apply during the day for anything less.                                                                       Thanks Ladies.                                                                               Mark.

Let me be the first to congratulate Karen on a top notch, faultless service.
Also thanks to Vickie who was working with her.
Not only did she get the tanning done she also kept track of time and class line up so as i was there munching my food in my own little world (nothing new there then lol) i'd here my name shouted and to get a coat of tan or sheen applied.... Which standing there legs spread arms against the wall being rubbed down by two females was an experieance all by itself !!
Well nothing more i can add other then any guy/gal competeing this year and if Karen happens to be working at that show i 100% advise you to use her..
Hassle free tanning, couldn't ask for more on a day which we all know is anything but hassle free.

Hi Karen                                                                                         I wanted to say a huge thank you for the services you provided and the support you gave me on my 1st Show. You made the day so much easier for me. I was so stressed about getting everything else right for the show that not having to worry about getting my colour right on the day was a huge weight off my shoulders.                                                  I was still a little worried because of how pale I am, but as you promised me the colour was perfect for both the pre-judging and the evening show.
